1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the rrbet platform, accessible at rrbet.vu. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on rrbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

rrbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes.

These terms are written in English (Philippines) and are intended for players based in the Philippines. If there is any ambiguity in interpretation, the intent described in these terms governs.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting on rrbet, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these terms.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use rrbet.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered rrbet account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, or device may be merged or closed, with balances subject to review.
• Valid contact details: Your registered mobile number and email address must be valid and belong to you. These are used for OTP verification and account communications.

3 Deposits

All deposits on rrbet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods. Attempts to deposit via unsupported channels will not be processed and any funds transferred through unauthorized methods may not be recoverable.

rrbet does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposit processing times vary by channel and are subject to the processing schedules of your payment provider.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to the same payment channel used for your deposit where possible, or to a verified payment method registered under your account name. Key conditions apply:

• Name matching: Withdrawal destinations must match the name on your rrbet account and KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• KYC completion required: You must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes described on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on your payment channel and banking schedules.
• Pending bets: Funds tied to open bets or active game rounds cannot be withdrawn until those rounds are resolved.

rrbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts, or where account activity triggers a security review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, rrbet offers promotional bonuses, cashback credits, free plays, or other reward events. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and do not constitute guaranteed earnings or cash equivalents until wagering conditions are met.
• rrbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where fraud, abuse, or technical issues are detected.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus systems — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other methods to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the rrbet platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and online poker — are subject to the individual rules governing each game type. General platform-level gaming rules include:

• RNG-governed games: Slot games, fish games, eBingo, and certain casino table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independently determined and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.
• Sports betting: Bets placed on sporting events — including PBA, NBA, boxing, volleyball, esports, and football — are settled according to official event results. Suspended, cancelled, or abandoned events are settled per the rules posted for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before participation.
• Technical issues: In the event of a technical failure mid-game, rrbet will use available data to resolve the round fairly. In cases where round data cannot be recovered, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Collusion and cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated betting tools, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

7 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rrbet will never ask for your password, OTP, or full card details through any communication channel including live chat or email.

• Enable OTP verification for all key account actions, including login from new devices, withdrawals, and password changes.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to the support team immediately.
• rrbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurred due to the player sharing or failing to protect their credentials.

• Fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional systems
• Colluding with other players or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Chargebacks on deposited funds

10 Amendments to These Terms
